Events and workshops
Introduction
In May 2022 we held two, drop in workshops in Edinburgh. During these workshops we asked people to share their experiences of using digital interfaces, and piloted different 'stations' to capture their insights and experiences.
We provided food and drink, reimbursed attendees for their travel (if relevant), and offered a £10 Love2Shop voucher to each attendee.

- What do I have to do on the day?

The room will be split into different activities. You move around the room contributing your ideas, experiences, and thoughts on accessing benefits. You’ll be able to write on a graffiti wall, share insights one-on-one with a researcher, make postcards that we’ll send to interface designers, policy-makers, and key service decision makers.
- Can I bring my child/children with me?

Yes, you can bring your children with you.
- How long will it take?

The workshops will be ‘drop in’. This means you can come for as short or long as you need.
